If you "left click" on the selected file it should run almost immediately. However, with some browsers, the audio runs but the video is absent. A better option is to "right click" and select “Save target as” or “Save file as”. (Again this varies as it is Browser dependent).

If there is no option to save and it just starts to run there is usually an option to download it in the “play - pause” pop up window.
