E.T.C. is able to deliver the following H&S training & certification

Food certificates

The D&TA scheme combines a level 2 (or higher) food hygiene certificate from any recognised provider with 3 further 'education specific' certificates to deliver the Food H&S award. The additional 3 are are 'Fixed equipment and the environment', 'Small portable equipment' and 'Temperature control and allergies'. The award has a life of 5 years at which point refresher training is required.

Textiles Certificates

The D&TA scheme consists of 2 certificates named 'Sewing & finishing' and 'Heat processes'. The award has a life of 5 years at which point refresher training is required.
