E.T.C. (EDUCATION & TECHNICAL CONSULTANCY).

ETC is a partnership based in Buckinghamshire. They specialise in training and consultancy for schools and similar organisations both in the UK and overseas.

Established in 2004, the company delivers a range of services including on-site training for H&S certification in the Design & Technology area, LEV testing services, dust monitoring and electronics training at KS3, 4 & 5.

Jeff Knox qualified as a teacher in 1975 and has taught in the secondary, further and higher education sectors during his career.  

Whilst working at the University of Sunderland he became a Registered D&T H&S consultant at the inception of the scheme in the year 2000.  During his time at the University  he was course leader for the Design & Technology  undergraduate and PGCE  programmes.

Since leaving the University Jeff has continued to deliver training and consultancy services to schools both in the UK and abroad.

Jackie, his wife, works as the company secretary supervising the printing of course materials, invoicing and the administrative elements of the business.
